All the personal data processing is done in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We collect the information directly from the candidates or from their host institutions; therefore, any incorrect data or inaccurate information will be duly escalated to WAES and the employer through our personal background check and tracking system.
The given data is used for pre-recruitment screening, submission of the same in the employer portal, backup storage in our portal, and post-recruitment follow-up to ensure employee satisfaction. Applications for admission to foreign universities will be used for the corresponding process. WAES guarantees the secure storage of the information furnished.
The data will be stored in the cloud. It will be erased if the candidate no longer needs our service. Student application and admission process documents will be stored for a period of not less than 10 years. If a third-party NBFC or bank is associated with it, it may be stored for an extended period.
The candidate has the right to the provision of the data submitted in a structured, readable format where the processing is completed on the basis of the contract; the processing is carried out by an AI-based analytical tool.
